Recommended Age of Use?

Manufacturer recommends ages from 3 - 7 years but it will all depend on the comfortability of the kid while riding it plus it doubles as a cool Radio Controlled car when it's outgrown!

Normal Battery Charge time?

We recommend charging the batteries for 7 - 10 hours (overnight charging is ideal) but no longer than 12 hours to avoid battery issues. We also offer our Mercedes Benz G63 6x6 that comes with a spare battery for long term use or heavy movements

What to do when my battery runs out?

Most our vehicles come with battery indicators to let you know when your battery is about to run out but if it happens to run out most of our vehicles are easily lifted through the front end of the vehicle with wheels in the back permitting it to move to a nearest charger. We do not recommend picking up the complete vehicle as it is relatively heavy

Do you offer replacement parts?

We are expecting to carry replacement parts for Summer 2020 but can help assist with any parts needs in the meantime to get your vehicles back up and running in no time!

How can I use a coupon code?

Once you locate a code to use, you can apply it to your order by typing it or copying and pasting it into the coupon code box at check out and then clicking the submit to apply it.  

How can I request a refund?

To request a refund, contact us and send us an email with your Transaction Details from your account. The Package must remain sealed to recieve your money back and if it is opened and no damage there will be a 20% restocking fee. Email us your transaction number & date located under “Contact Us” Menu.


Do you offer gift-vouchers?

Yes, The Hanna Boys Collection gift voucher codes are available. Message us for details. Also, follow us on Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook for promotion codes, event announcements, and product releases!


Do you allow backorders?

Yes, we allow Backorders! While we try our best to have everything in our online store available 100% of the time, from time to time we do run out of some items. We do not allow out of stock items to be ordered, however, we do allow Backordered items to be ordered. Items are considered out of stock if they cannot ship within thirty (30) days as opposed to Backordered items which are items that are out of stock that can ship within thirty (30) days. You may not prepay for items that are out of stock, however, you may prepay for items which are Backordered. If an item is out of stock it will say out of stock on the product page (or Coming Soon); if an item is Backordered, it will say Backordered on the product page. Backorders may be placed online only. Backorders are charged 100% upfront and will be shipped immediately upon receiving the item in stock. You may cancel a Backorder at any time, however, you will be charged a 20% Backorder cancellation fee. Please understand that because we are at the mercy of the manufacturer when receiving products, we do not always have a definitive/reliable ETA on Backorders. However, we always do our best to ship the products to you in a timely manner! We may have other equivalent products available that are not necessarily in the Related Products section of a product’s page. You may email us or call us and we will always do our utmost to help find you what you need.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer gift orders and gift wrapping for online orders. However, we do have gift wrapping available for in person purchases.

After you apply for our program via Impact Radius and are accepted as an affiliate of THBC, you may place links via banners, widgets, text links and other tools or creative on your website. Terms and Conditions

All warranties listed on our website are for replacement parts that are defective to be sent to the customer. By purchasing a HB Ride on car, you agree to work with The Hanna Boys Collection and/or the manufacturer's representative to resolve any issues that are not satisfactory. 

All Warranty claims must be submitted via email to our company BEFORE your warranty period is over. 3 months from purchase date.

Batteries and/or Chargers will be replaced one time under warranty if deemed defective.

PLEASE check charging times in your instructional manual. DO NOT leave vehicle battery on the charger for more than 12 hours. Please set a timer on your phone to remind yourself. If left on the charger, the battery or wall charger will go bad! The warranty does not cover overcharging of the battery and wall charger. Not to mention this could be extremely dangerous to keep on the charger for over extended time. If leaving parked for any extended period of time we recommend leaving the vehicle with a full charge and NOT plugged in.

Warranties do not cover remote controllers, seats or seatbelts, side mirrors, windshields, steering wheels or any other body parts after the vehicle has been delivered in good condition.

Do not worry though as we do have a parts department. We offer the parts to help resolve any issues you may be experiencing and most times the parts are not usually that expensive.

By purchasing a pre-order Vehicle, payment must be made in full to guarantee your order. If you need to cancel your pre-order there is a 50% non refundable cancelation fee.

We are not responsible for dimpling in molds, knicks, nor any other imperfections in the manufacturing process which unfortunately does happen from time to time. However, this does not affect the functionality of the vehicle and is usually easy to fix. You can carefully use a heat gun or hair dryer to heat up the plastic. While the plastic is a little warm, apply a little pressure from the underside to smooth out the dimple or imperfection in the plastic.

If you are shipping and billing to different address, please make sure both shipping and billing address are in to correct order. With proper name and shipping address.

Customized merchandise is not returnable and is not refundable regardless of whether you attempt to or do return your vehicle in any way.

If there is any damaged merchandise after opening the box, please email us at thehannaboyscollection@gmail.com with photos within 3 days of receiving merchandise and our team will assist you further. If for some reason a package is damaged during shipment please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company and resolve the matter quickly. . If the vehicle is damaged during shipping in a way that we are unable to send parts to repair the vehicle we will offer a replacement vehicle.

We do our best to have updated pictures on our website, but manufacturers change trim, windshields, and other aesthetics on the vehicles which is does not make the vehicle/order eligible for a warranty claim nor return.

If a product is returned there will be a 30% restocking fee and no refund of original shipping fees paid assessed and if it is not shipped back in the same condition that it was received in there will be an additional restocking fee assessed to the return. The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees. Any customized accessories that were part of the order are not returnable for any reason and there will be no refund for customization work.
